“Fødevaremagasinet” is published 11 times a year. As the leading magazine for the trade of fine food in Denmark, we are targeting decision-makers and independent traders in the entire food industry. Meat, butchers, bakers, fish, cheese, vegetables, beverage and organic food are subject to journalistic covering. Likewise, we are striving to reflect relevant market topics such as the gradual transition between sectors of the trade. Reader groups are political organizations, major food companies, independent butchers, cheese shops, fish shops, bakers, delicatessens, supermarkets, consumer cooperatives, restaurants, catering companies, slaughterhouses, sausage factories, food processors and wholesaler of meat.
