What is EasyGo?

EasyGo is a service package offered to all our exhibitors. All EasyGo packages include marketing and lead generation tools to reach and engage your community before, during, and after the trade fair. This includes invitation services, our unique tools for capturing potential leads (Smart Badge reader and Visit Connect), and easy post-event follow-up.

No technical expertise is required on your part, and we have a dedicated team to support you every step of the way.

What does EasyGo and Smart Badge technology mean for exhibitors?

As part of your EasyGo package, you will receive 1, 2 or 3 Smart Badge readers depending on the EasyGo package you choose to purchase.

Smart Badge technology is contactless and ensures a 100% safe event experience. Through your MyEasyfairs account, you will have the option to upload content for each assigned reader.

At the end of the event day, visitors who touched your reader will receive a visit summary via email.

As an exhibitor, you will also receive all leads collected from your reader at the end of the event. You can easily download the lead export from your My Easyfairs account.

Turn your visitors into qualified leads

We will place your reader in your booth on the first day of the event, and you ensure it is visible to visitors. With this reader, you can turn your visitors into qualified leads. The reader is a wireless sensor, and when visitors touch the reader with their Smart Badge (name tag), it automatically collects the information about your company that you have uploaded to My Easyfairs.

This information will be sent to visitors in a summary email at the end of the event day.

If you have GoLeads, GoPlus, or GoPremium, you will receive a list of contact details for those who touched your reader. You can find the list in My Easyfairs after the event.

Get warm leads

With Visit Connect, you can scan information about visitors at your booth simply by scanning the QR code on their Smart Badges (name tags). This makes follow-up after the event easier and ensures that you don’t lose important business cards or contact details. You will receive more information about this approximately 1-2 weeks before the event.

DURING THE FAIR

Don't forget to follow up and connect with your leads after the fair! You can find the leads on MyEasyfairs and on the Visit Connect portal.

AFTER THE FAIR
- DOWNLOAD YOUR LEADS

Smart Badge reader: You will find all visitors who have touched your reader in MyEasyfairs the day after the fair under “See results” and “Download leads”.

Visit Connect: The Smart Badges you have scanned with the Visit Connect app are available in the app and on your Visit Connect portal. The contact person for the fair has logged in there.

FAQ

What is MyEasyfair's exhibitor portal?

The majority of visitors plan their visit via our website. What is filled in on MyEasyfairs is what appears in our exhibitor list on the website. Here you can present your company, your products, news and job advertisements. During the fair you will have a SmartBadge reader in your stand that visitors can scan with their Smart Badges (name tags). When they scan your reader, they will receive the information you have posted via My Easyfairs sent to them via e-mail.

Log in to My Easyfairs

When your company’s stand was booked, the person who made the booking received an email from “My Easyfairs” with a link to the system and asked to confirm the email address and choose a password. The email address is the username and the password chosen becomes the password. If the password has been forgotten, select “Forgot password” and follow the instructions. In some cases when things go wrong, it can help to change the browser and try again.

Through MyEasyfairs you can also:

  • Invite your customers through your personal link
  • Register stand personnel
  • Create logins for your colleagues so they can also edit the information in My Easyfairs
  • See which EasyGo package you have booked
