Information about raised construction, marketing materials, and much more can be found in the web portal MyEasyfairs.

You can register your stand personnel via MyEasyfairs. All stand personnel must have an exhibitor badge at the fair. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Log in to MyEasyfairs with the login you received when you booked a stand at the fair.
  2. Click on “Manage Stand” for the relevant fair.
  3. Go to the “Prepare Your Stand” tab.
  4. Click on “Register Your Personnel” under the “Stand Personnel” section.
  5. Click on “Register Your Personnel” in the new view.
  6. You will now be redirected to a new window.
  7. Click on “Personnel” (the second tab at the top of the page in the blue field) if you haven’t landed there automatically.
  8. Click on “+ new” and add the stand personnel’s details.
  9. Click “Next”. The person will now receive an email with their exhibitor badge to the email address you provided.
  10. Bring the exhibitor badge to the fair for quicker and smoother entry.

Yes, if you exhibit at the Natural Beauty & Health Show, there are no requirements to have an organic certification.

If you have booked a booth at the Nordic Organic Food Fair, the products must be organically certified. However, if you wish to exhibit non-organic products, you need to exhibit in the Good Food Fair area.

Yes, of course, you may distribute taste samples, but please keep in mind that they should be samples and not full portions.

With a few simple tips, you as an exhibitor can maximize your participation. Here’s a brief checklist:

  • Update your profile in MyEasyfairs
  • Spread the word about your participation through your channels and invite your own customers using your personal link found in My Easyfairs.
  • Invest time and effort in your stand to make it visually attractive to visitors. A tip is to also attract visitors with some kind of activity, such as a competition or by offering something tasty.
  • Have the right people on site. Choose your most engaged and knowledgeable staff to be at the stand.
  • Engage your stand personnel. Make sure you have enough personnel and plan time for breaks and lunch.
  • Use both Visit Connect and the Smart Badge reader actively during the fair.
  • Don’t forget to follow up after the fair!

Collect leads

The Smart Badge is the digital business card of all participants. Scroll down the page to read more about all the benefits you, as an exhibitor, have in collecting leads via Smart Badges.

With Visit Connect, you as an exhibitor can scan the QR code on the visitor’s Smart Badge to collect hot leads. Scroll down the page for more information.

Marketing together

As an exhibitor and partner, we look forward in maximizing the opportunities this fair creates by inviting visitors and spreading the word about Nordic Organic Expo in your channels and networks. An invitation from a well-known party will of course get a better response!

  • Invite your customers and networks.
  • Spread your participation on social media.
  • Use your personal invitation link for digital invitation.
  • Get published; raise a current issue, hot topic or an exciting case on our website, newsletter and social media. Write an editorial post about a maximum of one A4 and send it to us. Authors and companies are listed as clear senders and linked. Email it to sofia.johansson@easyfairs.com

Your Digital Portal for All Participation!

75% of the fair’s visitors plan their visit through the fair’s website. In MyEasyfairs, which is your own page on our website, you as an exhibitor can present your company and products, post product news, press releases, and have your website address visible to all visitors. The information will then appear in the exhibitor list on our website.

This service is completely free, so make sure to take full advantage of it. On-site at the fair, visitors will also receive the information you’ve uploaded when they scan their badge at your Smart Badge reader. The information about you is retrieved from your MyEasyfairs, so make sure to fill it with products, company information, and innovations!

When you booked your booth, you received an email from “My EasyFairs” with a link directly into the system, asking you to confirm your email address and choose a password.

Do you need stand services?

Our partner, Malmö Mäss-service, will assist you with all practical and technical questions about your stand and orders for it.

MyEasyfairs is the hub for your participation in the fair. Here, you can upload information about your company, your logo, the products you will display at the fair, register stand personnel, and access important information leading up to the fair. MyEasyfairs is linked to the exhibitor list, so make sure to maximize your visibility by keeping your profile updated. Visitors plan their visits based on the exhibitor list.

Smart Badge

During move-in, exhibitors will receive the Smart Badge readers included in their package. The reader is a wireless sensor placed in your booth. When a visitor touches the reader with their Smart Badge (name tag), it automatically collects all the company information you’ve shared in your MyEasyfairs. The information is summarized and sent in a single email to the visitor after the fair day ends.

The Smart Badge technology is beneficial for all exhibitors – no matter which EasyGo package you have. You’ll get access to a list of contact details for those who have touched your reader during the fair. The list will be available in your MyEasyfairs the day after the fair closes.

Visit Connect

For those with GoLeads, GoPlus, and GoPremium packages, you can scan the information of the visitors who come to your stand by simply scanning the QR code on their Smart Badge using the Visit Connect app. This simplifies your follow-up after the fair and ensures you don’t lose important business cards or contact details.
