The juices are made from Bulgarian apples. The orchards in which they are grown are in transition to organic farming. The taste of the product is strictly monitored and fruit varieties selected for this purpose.
The juice is cold pressed and pasteurized. It is free of added sugar, sweeteners, water, preservatives, colorants and stabilizers. Tastes in different batches may vary slightly depending on the fruit used.
Apple juice is rich in pectin, which lowers blood cholesterol levels and improves digestion. Apples contain a lot of vitamin C and P, potassium, calcium, iron salts, copper, magnesium, cobalt, zinc and nickel. It also contains photonicides (antimicrobial agents).
