You were able to spot some of the current trends and categories that are very focused on for example fruit bars and coconut products. I have heard about the exhibition from several German suppliers, who exhibit at Biofach in Nürnberg, and they have spoken about Nordic Organic Food Fair, as a big exhibition, where they got a lot of contacts for the Nordic market.
