Lisa Lemke is a Swedish chef, author and food journalist with extensive experience in gastronomy, media publishing and the restaurant industry. Today, she works as a TV host, author and restaurateur and has for many years been a well-known figure in both print and broadcast media. In southern Sweden, she also runs an organic restaurant together with her husband.
