All visitors will receive a Smart Badge that makes it easy to scan the exhibitors that interest you. You no longer need to carry lots of business cards; instead, you’ll receive an automatic email with all your favorites listed.
At each exhibitor’s booth, you will find a Smart Badge reader. If you’re interested in contacting the company after the fair or just collecting information about them, you hold your Smart Badge against the reader. After that, both you and the exhibitor will have exchanged contact details. After the fair, you will receive an email summarizing the booths you visited. Simple and digital!
If you have a great conversation with an exhibitor and want to exchange more detailed information, the exhibitor can scan the QR code on your Smart Badge. This is done via the exhibitor’s phone, and they can take notes to facilitate future contact.
A monitored wardrobe is available on-site for a fee of 40 SEK – with payment accepted by card only.
Malmömässan is located at Inre Ringvägen in Hyllie. The area has over 3000 parking spaces and also charging stations for electric vehicles. More information about parking can be found here.
