Francesca Lilliu

Francesca Lilliu is a Senior Projects & Partnership Officer at IFOAM Organics Europe, the only umbrella organisation representing the whole European organic food value chain. IFOAM Organics Europe has around 200 members and advocates from Brussels for their interests to EU policymakers. Francesca focuses on building partnerships with funders and media partners, coordinating projects and overseeing the implementation of the European organic movement’s internal strategy. One of her latest projects resulted in dynamic communication campaigns highlighting how organic farming can reduce pollution caused by synthetic pesticides and raised awareness about less-known socio-economic benefits.
