Vinification: 24 hours of cryo-maceration, soft pressing and fermentation in barriques (medium toasted French oak)
Aging: 18 months in barriques (medium toasted French oak) and at least 3 months in bottle before sale
Appearance: bright and intense straw yellow nose
Intense and complex aromas, together with the typical marker of apple, of tropical fruit, vanilla, white pepper and sweet spices
Taste: full, mineral, savoury and persistent, spicy with a strong note of vanilla
