The fermentation of this distinctive rosé wine takes place in oak barrels.
After the thick lees are removed, the wine is returned to
the barrels barrique to mature on the fine lees.
Aged with bâtonnage in the barrel for 6 months.
An additional 3-4 months of aging in the bottle.
The result is a dynamic rosé, in which the wood is
not particularly intense due to its elegant integration.
A full-bodied wine made from Xinomavro grapes.
This is not a typical rosé. A wine for every season.
Aromas: peach, strawberry, light vanilla note.
Varietal composition: 100% XINOMAVRO.
Classification: PGI, IMATHIA.
Serving temperature: 8°C – 12°C.
Bottle size: 750 ml. Alcohol content: 13.5%.
