Critida Drop of Nature extra virgin olive oil is produced from Koroneiki olives grown in Crete, where the climate and soil provide optimal conditions for olive cultivation. With carefully selected olives and traditional cold pressing, you get an oil that carries the best qualities of Cretan olive cultivation.
The oil has a round and soft taste with hints of ripe olives and green herbs, rounded off by a mild pepperiness in the aftertaste. It is particularly suitable for salads, grilled vegetables and freshly baked bread, where the elegant character highlights the ingredients without dominating.
Drop of Nature has a documented low acidity of 0.3%, which is a hallmark of a premium extra virgin olive oil. By cold pressing at a low temperature, antioxidants and natural aromas are preserved, resulting in an oil that combines first-class quality with balanced taste.
