OLITHEA is a premium organic extra virgin olive oil, single-varietal, produced exclusively from the indigenous Lianolia Corfu variety. It originates from privately owned, family-run, centuries-old olive groves with more than 2,500 olive trees, located in Agios Matthaios, Corfu, at an altitude of 130 meters.
OLITHEA combines Greek olive-growing tradition with the principles of sustainable cultivation and a modern scientific approach to quality. The olives are cold-pressed within 4 hours of harvest in a certified organic, two-phase olive mill, ensuring the freshness and preservation of the fruit’s beneficial components.
It is certified organic – Certification body: DIO – and carries an EU Health Claim in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 432/2012.
OLITHEA stands out for its complex fruity aroma and its well-balanced bitter and spicy profile.
