Description

Blue cheese made from sheep’s milk. Slightly crumbly semi-hard cheese with characteristic bluish-green streaks. It has intense and rich aroma. It is sweet and creamy with a slight tendency to piquant when eaten “fresh” but it increases its savoury and pungent with prolonged aging.
