Nordic Organic Expo 2025 marks strong debut under Easyfairs management

Nordic Organic Expo 2025 opened a new chapter for the region’s organic and natural sector – delivering stronger attendance, fuller stages and renewed industry alignment in its first edition under Easyfairs management. With buzzing aisles, packed conference sessions and early re-bookings from satisfied exhibitors, this year’s event signaled a fresh momentum for the organic and natural community.

Visitor numbers surpassed last year’s edition – contributing to what many exhibitors described as the most dynamic and opportunity-rich event in recent years. Companies from across the organic value chain reported strong interest from buyers, partners and peers – including visitors from major players such as IKEA, Maria Nila, Dole, Magasin du Nord, Coop, ICA and Apoteket – prompting numerous exhibitors to secure their stands for 2026 before the event closed.

Strengthening Collaboration

The stage programs emerged as one of the event’s defining strengths – consistently drawing engaged audiences for discussions on trends, policy developments and market opportunities. A key highlight was the joint panel hosted by leading Nordic organic organisations – including Organic Denmark and others from across the region. The organisations used the platform to announce a commitment to deepen their cross-border collaboration – citing shared priorities and the need for a unified voice in a rapidly evolving market.

Appreciated Awards

Celebration and recognition were also central to the event’s atmosphere. The Organic Awards, hosted by KRAV, drew significant attention as they honoured standout contributions to the organic sector. The Innovation Awards further strenghtened the industry’s forward drive – attracting a packed audience eager to discover new products and solutions.

Looking Ahead

From the exhibition floor to the award ceremonies, Nordic Organic Expo 2025 delivered two days marked by optimism and progress. The strong response reinforces the event’s role as a meeting place for organic professionals and a milestone for the Nordic market. Planning is already underway for Nordic Organic Expo 2026 – with expectations of continued growth and an even broader industry presence.

“Seeing the industry come together with such energy and commitment has been incredibly inspiring,” says Sofia Johansson, Project Manager for Nordic Organic Expo. “Our goal was to create a platform where meaningful conversations, new collaborations and real business opportunities could take shape – and the feedback shows we achieved exactly that. We’re excited to build on this momentum as we prepare for 2026.”
