This is a label with limited annual production in numbered bottles.
It is produced from the Asyrtiko variety, which ferments and matures for six months in 500-liter oak barrels.
During maturation, the wine is in contact with its fine lees and is periodically stirred.
After bottling, the wine remains in the cellar for six months.
The final wine is characterized by minerality and tertiary aromas of maturation.
Its acidity is in perfect harmony with its volume and oiliness.
It is a white wine with an aging potential of 5 years.
Aromas: White peach, apricot, citrus flowers, vanilla.
