In 1998, Hermes upgraded its facilities and adopted state-of-the-art technology, ensuring top-quality products that meet the highest international standards, certified by ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, and IFS.
Alongside bottling, the family cultivates its own organic olive groves of Manaki and Koroneiki varieties, maintaining a deep connection with the land and its fruits.
Today, Hermes expands its product range with organic and traditional Greek foods such as olives, peppers, spreads, vinegars, pasta, honey, and ready-made meals — always guided by sustainability and authenticity.
