Grapoila’s pumpkin seed cream is created as a natural by-product of cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil production, making it an upcycled, zero-waste product. During the gentle cold-pressing process, the seeds are never roasted or treated with chemicals – ensuring that all the valuable nutrients of the pumpkin seed remain intact. After the oil is pressed, it’s carefully settled and filtered. In this process, a dense, creamy, slightly grainy material forms – rich in cold-pressed oil as well as the dry micro-particles of the seed itself. This is the pure, natural pumpkin seed cream, loaded with minerals, fibres, and plant protein. Thanks to its high plant-based protein content, it’s an ideal addition to vegan or special diets.
