Since 1993, our family business has been committed to traditional food-making methods, sustainable agriculture, and working with producers who share our values. From our first Japanese miso soup to a diverse range of over 300 premium products, we’ve remained dedicated to nourishing people and the planet. Clearspring Organic Japanese Brown Rice Crackers
Our award-winning Organic Japanese Brown Rice Crackers are the perfect snacks for any occasion. Full of flavour and crunchiness, they are a delicious way to enjoy wholegrain brown rice and sesame seeds, which have been uplifted with the fulsome flavour of naturally aged organic Tamari. They are also gluten free! How are they made? Our Organic Brown Rice Crackers are made by a third-generation family producer in Japan’s Hyogo prefecture, where they have been dedicated to making rice crackers since 1952. They are truly artisanal in their approach, employing traditional methods and decades of expertise to ensure that each batch is baked to perfection.
Clearspring Organic Japanese Miso
Discover Clearspring's premium range of authentic and Organic Japanese Miso. Carefully aged and produced using traditional methods, they are packed full of umami and versatility. Miso is a traditional fermented Japanese staple food and seasoning made from whole soya beans together with cereal grains and a unique koji fermentation culture. Clearspring’s award-winning miso range is live and npasteurised.
Clearspring Organic Japanese Noodles
Quick to cook and delicious in flavour, Clearspring Organic Noodles are satisfying and versatile and made by a third-generation artisanal family producer. The noodles are slow dried to give them a firm texture known as koshi. They can be used all year round in a wide range of Asian and Western dishes, including piping hot noodles in broth, satisfyingly rich stir-fries, and succulent summer salads. The range includes varieties of Udon wheat noodles and Soba buckwheat noodles. The finest water quality The River Tone, one of the 3 greatest rivers in Japan from Mt Omizukamiyama, is a “class A” river that flows into the Pacific Ocean. This classification of waterways is conducted by the central Japanese government and perceived as important to both the economy and the conservation of nature within Japan. Our producer is located near the top of the river, giving them an excellent quality of water to produce our noodles.
Clearspring Organic Japanese Matcha Tea Powder
Clearspring Matcha is a finely ground powder made from the finest organic Japanese green tea leaves shade grown in the hills of Uji, Kyoto. Matcha has many culinary uses due to its vivid green colour and concentrated flavour. Enjoy on its own or in a vanilla Matcha latte, make a banana Matcha smoothie, Matcha muffins or even Matcha ice cream: the possibilities are endless. Available in Ceremonial and Premium grades.

Velvety smooth with a delicate flavour, our award-winning Organic Japanese Silken Tofu is proudly made in Japan with water from the Shikoku mountains. Sliced in a refreshing Tofu Sashimi, cooked in a Tofu Scramble, or chilled in a Tofu Cheesecake - this little carton is packed with mealtime potential.

A deliciously moreish snack, roasting our organic nori for just a few seconds adds a distinct crispiness to that unique umami flavour of the sea. A light dusting of sea salt then turns this popular sea vegetable into a convenient and tasty on the go snack for your family.
