Clearspring Organic Japanese Noodles

Quick to cook and delicious in flavour, Clearspring Organic Noodles are satisfying and versatile and made by a third-generation artisanal family producer. The noodles are slow dried to give them a firm texture known as koshi. They can be used all year round in a wide range of Asian and Western dishes, including piping hot noodles in broth, satisfyingly rich stir-fries, and succulent summer salads.
The range includes varieties of Udon wheat noodles and Soba buckwheat noodles.
The finest water quality
The River Tone, one of the 3 greatest rivers in Japan from Mt Omizukamiyama, is a “class A” river that flows into the Pacific Ocean. This classification of waterways is conducted by the central Japanese government and perceived as important to both the economy and the conservation of nature within Japan. Our producer is located near the top of the river, giving them an excellent quality of water to produce our noodles.
