Upcycled pumpkin seed cream – natural nutrition from Grapoila’s cold-press process
Grapoila’s pumpkin seed cream is created as a natural by-product of cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil production, making it an upcycled, zero-waste product. During the gentle cold-pressing process, the seeds are never roasted or treated with chemicals – ensuring that all the valuable nutrients of the pumpkin seed remain intact. After the oil is pressed, it’s carefully settled and filtered. In this process, a dense, creamy, slightly grainy material forms – rich in cold-pressed oil as well as the dry micro-particles of the seed itself. This is the pure, natural pumpkin seed cream, loaded with minerals, fibres, and plant protein. Thanks to its high plant-based protein content, it’s an ideal addition to vegan or special diets. The cream is 100% gluten-free, made without additives, preservatives, or colouring agents, and packed in glass jars to preserve its natural character.

Grapoila Vegan Mayo
Grapoila Vegan Mayo is made from the best natural ingredients. Compared to other types of vegan mayonnaise, instead of the usual, refined cooking oils we only use pure, cold-pressed sunflower oil. Moreover, it has only natural emulgents: we use defatted seed flours (results of Zero Waste production) to thicken the sauce. As a result, we have a mild, tasty, gluten-free, vegan mayonnaise for those who do not want to sacrifice any culinary delights for being health and eco-conscious!

Natural cosmetics
As with all Grapoila cosmetics, our principle is that all products are made from 100% natural ingredients. The soaps, lip balms, oil muds, facial oils and the bath salt do not contain synthetic ingredients, colorants, or preservatives. They contain a high concentration of cold-pressed oils, they are rich in essential fatty acids, vitamin E and other skin-nourishing phytonutrients, which nurture the skin naturally. Their packaging is also 100% environmentally friendly: the lip balms are placed in special paper tubes, and the soaps are wrapped in paper coated with natural carnauba wax, protecting them from drying out.

Gourmet seed butters
Our seed butters are made from the sludge formed through the sedimentation of freshly pressed oil. They have very high cold-pressed oil content, but also contain the micro-particles of the seeds, rich in minerals and fibres. The seed butters are packaged in jars in their natural form, without additives, preservatives, colourings, sugar or spices. They have a thick consistancy and recommended to be stirred before use. They suit well vegan and other diets, are gluten-free, usually high in vegetable protein and fibre and, due to their high oil content, are rich in unsaturated fatty acids. They can be eaten on their own with pasta, as toppings for sandwiches or salads, and used creatively in dips, creams and fillings.

Gluten-free seed flours
One of the by-products of oil pressing is the "pellet" that comes out of the press, which is essentially the dry matter residue of the seed. We utilize this in various ways, primarily by grinding it into seed flour. Seed flours are characterized by being gluten-free and low in fat, as the oil has already been pressed out of the seeds in the previous step. The term "defatted" on labels and product descriptions refers to this natural, mechanical pressing process. Seed flours not only make life easier for those who eat gluten-free or follow a diet, but they also serve as exciting kitchen ingredients with unique flavors and colors. Seed flours can be used for baking, cooking, and thickening, similar to wheat flour. Some seed flours can entirely replace wheat flour, while others can only substitute a certain percentage. A unique feature of seed flours is that they can be consumed "raw," for example, by mixing them into oatmeal, smoothies, or yogurt. Seed flours are excellent thickeners and important sources of nutrients. For instance, sunflower seed flour is rich in protein, poppy seed flour in calcium, and milk thistle seed flour in liver-protecting silymarin.

Cold-pressed seed oils
Cold pressing technology is used to extract the valuable oil content of the seeds in a completely mechanical process, which does not change the chemical composition, taste or aroma of the raw materials. Thanks to their favourable fatty acid composition, cold-pressed oils are also known as healthy fats. Many of them are extremely rich in vitamin E and other antioxidant phytonutrients, and as a result they have different positive physiological effects. Their uses are versatile, but vary from one variety to another. Almost all of them are excellent salad oils, great for flavourings and decorations of meals and cold dishes. It is a misconception that cold-pressed oils cannot be used for frying! Some have a very high smoke point and can be used to cook at medium to high temperatures. Grapoila oils have been honoured in the recent years by many international food awards (Great Taste, ITA etc). The round Great Taste stickers with 1-3 stars are a sign of excellent taste and quality of the products, as judged by the strict jury of the well-known international food tasting competition. Many of the oils feature extremely high vitamin-E content, as well as precious skin-care ingredients and they are highly sought cosmetic oils.
