About us
The Pascale family has historically used the farm in Fosdinovo since 1992 to supply extra virgin olive oil for their own consumption and that of relatives and friends. Subsequently, Francesca, the daughter of the head of the family Gerardo, launched the idea of expanding production by embracing the world of wine. The beauty of the Fosdinovo hills and the appeal of nature combined with the desire to enhance the land beneath the olive grove and give impetus to the nascent local agriculture. The Pascale Francesca farm has been organic since its inception: it does not harm or apply chemical “stimuli” to the normal cycle of nature.
From 2008 to 2009, the land was prepared. In 2010, Vermentino was planted, followed by Vermentino Nero, Canaiolo and Merlot.
