Blu Dolce Clementine - Sweet goat's cheese matured with clementines and almonds

Blue cheese from goat's milk matured with candied organic clementines from South of Italy and almonds. It is compact and soft but not too creamy. It is white in color with blue-green veins. The whole cheese looks beautiful because it is covered with clementines and almonds. It has rich and intense aroma with a strong citrus note. The piquancy of blue cheese blends perfectly with the sweetness of candied clementines.
