About us
Tenuta Il Radichino, an organic farm founded by the Pira family, raises sheep, goats and red cows in the wild, supplementing fresh pasture with fodder grown directly on the farm. The farm's dairy produces mostly raw-milk cheeses that look to the traditions of Alto Lazio, such as pecorino, ricotta, and curds, and to creative contemporary styles, from which the farm's flagship products, such as sheep and goat blue cheeses and cheeses aged with pomace, candied fruit, and dried fruit, are made. In addition to dairy production, the company makes Cinta Senese pork, beef and sheep salumi from animals raised in the wild.

Toma Reale - Semi-mature sheep's milk Toma cheese
Semi-mature sheep's cheese inspired by the traditional toma cheese of Northern Italy. It has a creamy texture that enhances the aroma of milk and wild herbs. Vegan sauces for pairing with cheeses
LAFRUTTA sauces are produced in collaboration with Tenuta Il Radichino to be paired with cheese. They are made with fruit, vegetable and herb syrups, for a total of 88 flavours. They are available in sweet, sweet and sour and spicy versions to enhance every type of cheese, from mild to mature, with new flavour nuances. Each sauce is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and free from flavourings/colourings. The small size allows you to purchase multiple flavours. A 4-piece gift box is also available.

Blue cheese made from red cow's milk. It has rough natural rind and creamy white paste with characteristic bluish-green veins. It has a mild and rich aroma. Bella Giulia - Semi-aged cheese from red cow's milk

Toma-style cheese from red cow's raw milk with a creamy and melting texture. It has intense and elegant flavour of yogurt, wild flowers and mushroowms. Blu Dolce Clementine - Sweet goat's cheese matured with clementines and almonds
Blue cheese from goat's milk matured with candied organic clementines from South of Italy and almonds. It is compact and soft but not too creamy. It is white in color with blue-green veins. The whole cheese looks beautiful because it is covered with clementines and almonds. It has rich and intense aroma with a strong citrus note. Pecorino Vinaccia - Mature Pecorino cheese aged with grape marc
Aged sheep's milk cheese refined with organic grape marc. The intense aromas of ageing meet the sweet aromas of grape marc. The flavour is rich, intense and complex. The texture is hard, moist and pasty. The cheese is supplied with the outside covered in grape marc, which gives the rind its characteristic purple colour.
