• Raw Material: Superior quality grapes selectively sourced from Northern Greece
• Fermentation: Unique recipe using grape varieties fermented in stainless steel tanks, under vacuum and controlled temperature
• Pre-homogenisation: Controlled pre-homogenisation process with swirling and pre-heating in a specialised stainless steel tank
• Distillation: Innovative discontinuous distillation in copper pot still with re-distillation column, with precise head and tail cutting
• Aging: 12 months in stainless steel tanks
