Characteristics:
• Appearance: medium amber, clear bright, very refined.
• Nose: Tea leaves, cinnamon, white flowers, sweet spices, and fruits in a complex and balanced purity.
• Palate: Balanced with quality tannins, concentrated, complex, and balanced fruity and woody taste of spices with mastic, chamomile, tea, apple, and cinnamon.
• Finish: Long balanced aftertaste with apple pie notes

Production:
• Raw Material: Excellent quality selected grapes of Northern Greece area.
• Fermentation: Fermented at vacuum -sealed inox tanks at a controlled temperature hall.
• Distillation: Discontinuous distillation in copper pot-column still, with head and tail cutting.
• Ageing: for 12 months in 2 different types of barrels.
