Production:
• Raw Material: Superior quality grapes selected from Northern Greece
• Fermentation: Unique recipe with grape varieties fermented in stainless steel tanks, under vacuum and controlled temperature
• Pre-homogenisation: Controlled pre-homogenisation, swirling and pre-heating process in a specialised stainless steel tank
• Distillation: Innovative discontinuous distillation in copper pot still with re-distillation column, with precise head and tail cutting
• Aging: 24 months in three different types of barrels
