Description: Dressed in the color of the night sky, the mission Νο. 5 stands out! Ιt remains, deep in mind, as intensely aristocratic with a velvety taste. Also, the pink flowers are dancing into a clear aftertaste of a redemptive pleasure.

Production:
• Raw Material: Excellent quality selected grapes of Northern Greece area.
• Fermentation: Unique recipe of grape varieties fermented at vacuum -sealed inox
• tanks at a controlled temperature hall.
• Pre-homogenization: Innovative pre-homogenization at controlled preheating swirl process in special inox tanks.
• Distillation: Discontinuous distillation in copper pot-column still, with head and tail cutting.
• Ageing: for 24 months in 3 different types of barrels.
